Thursdays - Hilltop School Pool - 7.10pm to 7:55pm

 

Our main aim is for the swimmers to have fun and understand individual safety when around water, learn the foundations for swimming and benefit physically from the fitness aspect swimming provides, whilst building a social circle with their peers also in attendance. We will also look at providing a relaxation therapy with the use of resistance and deep end pressure work.

Throughout this session we have a high teacher to swimmer ratio and all teachers are fully qualified, DBS checked and have worked alongside SEN schools for many years. Two of the teachers attending work in SEN schools and another has been a social worker for many years. 

 

The session will be up to a maximum of 45 minutes, but again based on individual abilities and requirements.

The fee for the session is £14.40 per week, payable in total by a full term.
